Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Return of physical goods if any, has to done at the time of delivery itself by returning the products to the same delivery person immediately so that buyer do not need to pay for the return delivery charges.
1. Cancellations
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done by the process and incurred expenses deduction at our sole discretion.
2. Refunds
If approved, then the refund will be processed accordingly deducting the incurred expenses and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
